Merewether-Hamilton-Adamstown RSL Sub-Branch will host Anzac Day Services at Merewether, Hamilton and Adamstown on Friday, 25 April 2025. 

RSL Sub-Branch President Phil Frawley invites all community members to one of our meaningful commemorations to recognise Serving and Ex-Service men and women of Australia and those who have paid the supreme sacrifice in the Australian Armed Forces in defence of our Nation and its interests in war, military conflict and peacekeeping operations.  This military service is ongoing.

Students from schools in the surrounding districts play significant roles in all aspects of the Merewether-Hamilton-Adamstown Anzac Day Services. 

Merewether Service 

Will be held at the Mitchell Park Memorial Gates, Mitchell Street Merewether commencing at 7.00am. 

Hamilton Service 

Will be held at Gregson Park War Memorial, Corner Tudor and Steel Streets Hamilton commencing at 6.00am.  The Hamilton Public School P& C Association will be hosting a breakfast following the Service in the school grounds (gold coin donation) – community welcome.

Adamstown Service

Will be held at the World War 1 Memorial, 282 Brunker Road Adamstown commencing at 8.30am. There will be no march this year.
